We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of various building projects, playing a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction through your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a comprehensive range of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements.


• Execute routine reactive repairs as well as substantial renewal and refurbishment projects.


• Ensure compliance with current standards, regulations, and best practices within the trade.


• Diagnose building faults accurately and efficiently.


• Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and customer service.


• In this role, you will engage with both void and tenanted properties, delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship.
  
  This position offers the opportunity for full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime.

Working Hours and Compensation:

• Standard working hours: 37 hours per week


• Hourly pay rate: £25.09 Ltd (equivalent PAYE rate: £21.39, inclusive of holiday pay)


• Immediate start available

Qualifications:

• NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in a core trade (Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, etc.)


• Proficient multi-trade skills


• Valid UK Driving Licence and access to own transport
