Deputy Children's Home Manager


Responsibilities:



  • Supervising staff and leading shifts

  • Ensuring placement plans are followed

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures

  • Conducting risk assessments

  • Supporting education and training for children and young people


Requirements:



  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Commitment to making a difference in children's lives


Qualities:



  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations

  • Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people
