Job Title: Apprentice / Junior Operations Co-ordinator
Salary: £13,316 per annum
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Location: Chorley, PR6

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday | 08:30am - 17:00pm

Join our client's dynamic team at as a Junior Operations Co-ordinator! This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and rewarding environment.

You'll be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing and helping co-ordinate works


• Managing job costings, including tracking, closing down jobs, and job completion handover


• Assisting with fire zone charts and as-fitted drawings (training provided)


• Liaising daily with team managers to ensure timely completion of tasks related to scheduled installation works


• Handling job dockets and taking internal/external calls


• Performing general administrative duties such as scanning, printing, and filing


• Completing audit paperwork and job sheets both manually and electronically


• Supporting alarms administration and assisting engineers (training provided)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Self-managed and able to work under your own initiative while being a strong team player


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Reliable, organized, hardworking, with excellent planning skills


• Adherence to all company policies and procedures


• Ability to act as a company ambassador, maintaining and developing good relations with both clients and colleagues
