We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handy Person/maintenance operative to join our growing team in the Notingham area.

As part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in both empty and tenanted properties.

Your role will include tasks ranging from changing taps to painting walls, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform repairs, maintenance, and renewals.


• Work in both empty properties and tenanted homes.


• Complete tasks such install bathrooms/Kitchens/fire doors/ plumbing/flooring/painting glazing


• Deliver high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction.


• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and correctly on the first attempt.

Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own van.


• Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance.


• Ability to carry out work to a consistently high standard.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday


• Core hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
