They are looking for an Property Litigation Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join their Legal team.

Role: Property Litigation Solicitor

Location: Kendal

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000

PQE: 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide clients with sound legal advice tailored to their specific circumstances.


• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents.


• Liaise and correspond with the Court, instruct counsel


• and experts


• Able to handle high caseload in Property Litigation from start to completion.

About you:

• Excellent knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.


• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.


• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.


• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with 2 years PQE.
