Join a leading Housing Association as a LiveSmart Manager in Tamworth, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents in a sheltered housing environment.

THE ROLE
As a LiveSmart Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the property and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.



  • Key-holder for the building, managing security and access.

  • First point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors.

  • Facilitate repairs and maintenance in communal areas.

  • Monitor laundry facilities and communal spaces.

  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections.

  • Oversee the management of residents' rent accounts and arrears.

  • Ensure the completion of actions identified in fire risk assessments.



THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in facilities management, ideally within the housing sector.

The ideal candidate will have:



  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within sheltered housing.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong communication abilities, both oral and written.

  • Knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures.

  • Experience working with older people or the general public in a service-based role.



THE CONTRACT



  • 25 Hours per week, flexible

  • 12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
