We are seeking a dedicated LiveSmart Manager for a leading Housing Association in Buntingford, Hertfordshire.

This role is perfect for someone with facilities management experience who is committed to ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents in sheltered housing.

THE ROLE
As a LiveSmart Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the safety and security of the property and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Serve as the key-holder for the building, managing security and access.


• Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors.


• Facilitate repairs and maintenance in communal areas.


• Oversee the management and monitoring of laundry facilities and communal spaces.


• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance and security issues.


• Carry out testing of emergency lighting and fire-fighting equipment.


• Manage health and safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the housing sector.

You will also need:

• Strong customer service skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.


• Knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures.


• Experience working with older people or in a service-based role.


• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

THE CONTRACT

• 35 Hours Per Week, 09:00 to 17:00


• 12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
