Join our team in Enfield to provide crucial support to individuals facing homelessness, helping them transition from temporary accommodation to long-term housing solutions.

THE ROLE
You will play a vital role in welcoming and supporting street homeless clients and those at risk of homelessness, ensuring they are linked with essential services and creating a pathway to sustainable housing.

• Welcome and assess new clients entering temporary accommodation


• Link clients with appropriate support services and specialists


• Develop and implement individual housing pathways


• Maintain the onsite temporary accommodation


• Prepare and serve meals to residents


• Support clients in sustaining their tenancies


• Collaborate with external agencies and local authorities

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in care, homelessness services, or similar roles, with a focus on helping individuals sustain tenancies.

• Experience working with homeless populations


• Knowledge of local support services and housing options


• Ability to manage and maintain accommodation settings


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience in preparing meals and providing basic care

THE CONTRACT

• 09:30 to 17:45, Monday to Friday


• 12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
