This Commercial Property Solicitor opportunity is based at a Head Office in Aberdeen, which is home to a dynamic Commercial Department with 20 years trading experience, where they provide top-tier legal services to high-value clients across Scotland.

Job Description:

Service Care Solutions are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team at a Associate or Partner level for this reputable Scottish Law Department.

This role offers an exciting workload to a diverse range of commercial property transactions.

You will play a key role in their Commercial Department, handling significant transactions and providing expert legal advice to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage the sale and purchase of commercial properties.


• Draft and negotiate standard security and related funding agreements.


• Handle property and development work, including the acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers.


• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a variety of complex commercial property matters.


• Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

You will need the following to be successful.

• Must be qualified in Scots Law.


• Previous experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor is essential.


• Experience at the Associate or Partner level is preferred.


• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.


• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems is desirable.
