Service Care Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Building Contracts Manager to oversee social housing retrofit refurbishment projects in Hackney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of capital improvement programs.


• Lead a team of Site Managers, RLO, and tradesmen.


• Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet expectations.


• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.


• Oversee Health & Safety compliance and project handovers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong background in building maintenance and Health & Safety.


• Financial management skills, including budgeting and VFM opportunities.


• Experience managing service providers in a social housing context.


• Knowledge of leaseholder legislation and Section 20 processes.


• HND or equivalent experience in repairs and maintenance.
