Service Care Solutions are supporting a reputable non-profit provider and they are currently recruiting for a Service Manager As a Service Manager you must have experience of leading a Service within the Social Care field (Substance Misuse, Mental Health, Housing or Social Work etc).

Safeguarding Children, Young People and Adults that the service work with by adhering closely with the services policies and procedures.

You must have experience of working within a CQC registered service, and knowledge/experience of working with local partners and agencies.


Key role and responsibilities for a Service Manager;





    • Ensure compliance with external regulatory bodies, such as CQC, working with colleagues in the Operations Leadership Team.

    • To be part responsible for delivery of high quality recovery-orientated services for people with Drug & Alcohol misuse problems.

    • Work collaboratively with local partners and senior staff in the Operations Directorate to deliver high quality services.

    • To lead and manager the staff within designated teams to make sure staff are well informed, inspired and engaged with the strategic objectives.




Minimum requirements for a Service Manager;



  • Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field or something similar within the Social Care Setting

  • CQC Registered
