Pay rates: £27ph + £250 sign up bonus!

Role and Responsibilities:

• To support 0-6 assessment process


• To undertake service specific memory assessment tool (ACE III)


• Attend planned OPA and MDT discussion,


• To use trust record systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Nursing qualification


• Assessment experience


• UK driving licence and own vehicle
