Project Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a housing association based in Brighton (East and West Sussex).



This is a full time, ongoing role offering £21.67 per hour Umbrella LTD.

The purpose of the job is to support the manager in the day to day operation of community venues ensuring VFM and the safe operation of the schemes.

With a focus on the Community Assets, Health & Safety check, booking of community spaces across the region and invoicing .

Responsibilities:



  • Provide a ‘right first time' quality service offer embracing customers' needs and preferences.

  • Contributing to the department and corporate objectives on customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to the management of the Community venues budget and process expenditure to an agreed budget.

  • Maintain and/or utilize appropriate administration systems relating Community venues for service delivery and quality.

    Contribute and help monitor business plans and performance data for the facilities.

  • Monitor and help manage the contracted services in respect of facilities management.

    Monitor and report repairs in Community Venues.



Requirements:



  • Graduate or professional qualification relating to community facilities, community service, community development.

    or similar level of professional, relevant experience.

  • Experience in supervising volunteers and project participants.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Relevant professional work experience.

  • Full UK Driving License
