Claims Solicitor

As part of their team, you will work alongside highly skilled lawyers who actively campaign for legal reforms to support workers, accident victims, and their families.

This law firm is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join their Union Accident Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Solicitor who is committed to helping others and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

• Overseeing a diverse caseload, including EL/PL/OL/CICA claims including a mix of pre-litigated and litigated files.


• Working on ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court cases.


• Engaging with clients, taking statements and conducting liability investigations.


• Consulting with Counsel, liaising with our in-house Advocacy Unit and appearing at Court/Tribunals.


• Instructing and liaising with medical experts.

• A minimum of 2/3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).


• Proven expertise in Employer Liability, Occupiers Liability, and Public Liability cases.


• The ability to commute to one of their Scottish offices (6 office situated over Scotland).

Salary is dependent on experience.
