THE ROLE
As a Property Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing a designated patch of properties and engaging with residents to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting property inspections
- Managing repair requests
- Setting service charge budgets and producing accounts
- Income collection
- Handling complaints
- Participating in learning and development activities
- Collaborating with internal colleagues
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role.
Essential skills include:
- Resilience and problem-solving ability
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
Desirable skills include:
- Previous experience in housing or property management
- Understanding of leasehold legislation
- Experience in handling customer complaints
- IRPM qualification (Associate or Member)
THE CONTRACT
37 Hours Per Week, 9-5 Monday to Friday
12 Weeks, temp to perm
