Role Overview:

As a Logistics Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, analyzing data, and recommending improvements.

This hybrid role requires in-office attendance three days a week.



Key Responsibilities:

Resolve issues related to blood sample transport and system glitches promptly.

Assist pharmacies and clients with service setup and effective use.

Monitor and document recurring issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Suggest service or system enhancements based on customer feedback and observed issues.

Create and update guides and documentation to aid in troubleshooting and best practices.

Develop tools and resources to enhance support processes, including updating websites, adding help tips to support apps, and refining customer service scripts.



Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a technical field.

Minimum of one years experience in a technical customer service role.

Strong technical troubleshooting skills for handling support cases and ensuring timely resolutions.

Proficient in data analysis to provide actionable insights and advocate for improvements.

Excellent writing skills for drafting technical documents, manuals, and support FAQs.

Clear communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical customers.

Analytical skills for conducting root-cause analysis of technical issues.

Experience with SQL and programming is a bonus.
