Main responsibilities:

• Offer a high standard of evidence-based nursing care working within a specific service area.
  
  They will be responsible for their own autonomous practice and ensure effective patient care is maintained.


• To provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.

Essential Requirements:

• Must hold valid NMC registration pin.


• Must hold valid UK Driving License & own vehicle.


• Experience working within the community.
