Job Description

This company is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounts receivable ledger and ensuring timely and accurate payments from clients.

  • Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger.

  • Ensure timely and accurate payments from clients.

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with payments.

  • Process and reconcile payments received.

  • Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.


  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar role

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
