HR Project officer

This company, a leading organisation in the housing sector, is seeking a skilled HR Project Officer to support workforce design and development across their Asset Management team.



As the HR Project Officer, you will work closely with the transformation team, senior managers, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to undertake clear workforce planning.

You will use a proactive approach to providing HR business partnering model, allocating resources to deliver timely and effective HR project activities.



Your key responsibilities will include leading the delivery of HRBP plans, providing expertise, advice, guidance and solutions for people practices that improves employee retention, management confidence and competence, policy application and data-driven decisions.

You will also contribute to the development and evolvement of the HRBP service, enabling professional development, fostering a strong culture of teamwork, performance and accountability, through learning, coaching and challenge.



The successful candidate will have experience in workforce and resourcing planning, employee relations, advice and support, service/organisational change, succession planning, talent management, developing people management capacity and sustaining strong working relationships to achieve operational and strategic transformation priorities.



You will be an expert in HR generalist and people projects, providing high-quality HR advice and guidance to line managers and senior managers on complex staffing issues relating to both individuals and groups of staff, which supports and promotes the employee experience.

The employment is subject to a probationary period of twenty-six weeks from your start date of employment with the company, during which time you will be required to demonstrate to the company's satisfaction your suitability for the position in which you are employed.
