Customer Sales / Service Executive

Customer Sales / Service Executive is a small but fast growing on-line kitchen brand of The Hamilton Kitchen Company, a successful kitchen showroom business based in Chenies.

HKUK supplies the whole of the UK with a range of kitchen components and accessories including new replacement kitchen doors, kitchen cabinets, taps, hobs and more.

The success of the business has been built on high levels of customer service and attention to detail and we are looking to recruit a person who can work on all areas of the business but primarily dealing with potential and existing customers.

The role of the candidate will include:

Dealing with customer enquiries and post purchase service.

Preparing customers quotes (post in-house training)

Placing orders with suppliers

Managing stock levels of a limited number of in house products

Picking, packing and sending out small orders from the showroom

Proactively communicating issues and opportunities with customers and internally

Some very basic web site updating eg stock levels

To fulfil this position, the candidate will ideally have some or all of the following skills:

Confident communication skills on the phone, email and on-line chat

Ability to liaise with suppliers, placing orders, tracking orders and checking product details

Attention to detail

IT productivity skills including Excel, Word, Outlook emails, basic web updating

Experience of the kitchen industry (not essential as full training given).

Great teamwork skills as part of part of a larger business team.

Working with a smile and in a convivial manner with colleagues.

Some entrepreneurial initiative.

Have own transport due to location.

HUK is offering: Salary of £6-30k dependent on experience.

Anual profit share bonus.
