Registered Manager

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Grimsby, Lincolnshire area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This special service provides for men and women living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder


*To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care



As the Registered Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met, and facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of purchasers and clients, and also reflect market trends and evidence-based practice

  • As a member of the management team, you will contribute to the strategic development of the care home, ensuring adherence to the company's objectives and business plan

  • Promoting and enhancing company's partnerships reputation for high-quality outcomes for service users

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • An excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector,

  • An understanding of Learning disabilities & Mental Health, and a passion for improving clinical quality and service user care

  • Strong commercial acumen, to support successful service delivery and development, people management, budget control, business development, and revenue generation

  • An inclusive and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership]

The successful Registered Manager will receive an excellent salary of £51,917 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week working through Days.
