Registered Manager

Registered Manger needed within a Children's Residential home in Worthing

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Worthing

Duration - Permanent

Hours per week - 37 hours per week

Salary - up to £45,000 with a £5,000 relocation package

We are currently recruiting for a an enthusiastic and determined Children's Home Registered Manager to join the team and work withing a 4-bed home in Worthing.

We want the very best people managing our children's homes, which is why we are offering a £5,000 relocation bonus to anyone willing to move to take up this role.


  • Registered managers will ensure that the young people's needs are recognised and met.

    This includes ensuring that they are free from discrimination within the home and to challenge discrimination from outside the home.

  • Registered managers will manage the home in compliance with OfSTED, legislation, and the ethos and policies of the company.

  • Registered Managers oversee and participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of the individual young people's care plans.

What is required?

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).

  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a role supervising and managing staff and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children
