This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated professional to take on a pivotal role that involves business development and expanding on existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Cultivate and expand client relationships within the Allied Health Care sector, identifying new business opportunities.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring a high level of service.

KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably specialising in Allied Health Care.


• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding recruitment KPI's.


• Strong business development and client management skills.


• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.


• You'll be a warm and friendly person and a confident verbal and written communicator.
