*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse or an ODP with a current active NMC/HCPC registration

As an Anaesthetics Theatre Practitioner/ODP your key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and assist with the administration of anaesthesia
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery
- Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Assist the surgical team with positioning and draping the patient
- Provide post-operative care and support to patients as they recover from anaesthesia
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- One year of experience in a UK theatre setting, with knowledge of various surgical specialties
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care
The successful Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner/ODP will receive an excellent salary of £38,000 - £41,535 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week working on early and late shifts.
