About Us:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Housing Support Officer to join our team in Winchester.

As a Housing Support Officer, your role is to provide person-centred, strength-based support to create long-term sustainable tenancies.

You will be responsible for successfully supporting a small caseload of clients with complex needs, working within a small, friendly team dedicated to challenging the need for anyone to sleep rough.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, resilient, self-motivated, proactive, and adept at developing and maintaining relationships with individuals and internal/external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Person-Centred Support: Provide person-centred, strength-based support to create long-term sustainable tenancies.
Caseload Management: Successfully support a small caseload of clients with complex needs.
Team Collaboration: Work within a small, friendly team dedicated to challenging homelessness and rough sleeping.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrate high organizational skills to effectively manage responsibilities.
Resilience: Exhibit resilience in the face of challenges and obstacles.
Proactive Approach: Take a proactive approach to address the needs of clients and contribute to the overall goals of the team.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and internal/external agencies.
