We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a repairs and maintenance team in Northumberland.



Working for an established and thriving Housing Association you will be responsible for the maintenance of domestic homes throughout Northumberland.

As an Electrician in the repairs and maintenance team you will be responsible for all Electrical works within void and tenanted homes.

You will also be delivering a high standard of service to tenants and customers.



Electrician duties will include;

• Domestic Installations


• Testing and Inspecting


• Fault Finding


• Lighting Systems


• Fire Alarm Systems

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime.

An immediate start is available.

A company van, fuel card and tools are supplied for this role.

You will also receive standby payments and 28 days annual leave.

What will you need;

• NVQ or City and Guilds in Electrical


• 2391 Testing & Inspecting or Equivalent (2394/5)


• 18th Edition


• Full UK Driving Licence
