🎯 Responsibilities: As a Mental Healthcare Assistant, your role will include:

• Providing emotional and psychological support to older adults and working-age adults.


• Assisting with daily living activities and personal care.


• Promoting independence and well-being.


• Building meaningful connections and rapport with clients.

🌟 Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 6 months experience working as a mental health support worker


• Hold CPI Intervention advanced and emergency level restraint training


• A compassionate and caring nature.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Empathy and patience.


• The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
