Our client within the Public Sector based in East London is currently recruiting for a Assistant Project Manager to join their Track program/renewal team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a high pressured and result driven environment

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to manage small work packages or assist the PM with large projects including day to day management.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Identifying developing and emerging issued, problems or variance against the agreed project objectives


• Issue resolution, progress reporting, risk management and budget management


• Developing and enhancing established relationships with key stakeholders and sponsor team

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require a minimum of Level 2 in Project Management or equivalent

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £310 - £320 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
