Position: Band 3 Mental Healthcare Assistant

Location: Lancaster, LA1 4JJ
Contract: Ad-hoc (full time/part time)
Pay: £12.5 - £15 per hour + Uplifts for nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the care and support of patients in a Mental Healthcare setting.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the wellbeing of patients.


• Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients.


• Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

• 6 months UK experience in a Healthcare or Mental Healthcare role.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Empathy, compassion, and a patient-focused approach.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• Flexibility to work during nights and weekends as required.
