Position Overview: As a Band 3 Mental Healthcare Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their journey towards improved mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with Mental Health conditions


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans

Qualifications:

• 6 months UK experience in a healthcare or mental health setting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently


• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
