Job Title: Tenancy Service Officer
Location: Sevenoaks
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in the office
Contract Duration: 3-Month Temporary Contract

As a Tenancy Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in making this vision a reality.
Join our dedicated team and help us manage tenancies across all tenures, providing excellent tailored services that sustain tenancies and make the best use of our homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenancy Management: Manage a portfolio of tenancies across various tenures, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality services to support their tenancy needs.
Customer Service: Build strong relationships with residents, offering guidance, support, and responsive solutions to address their concerns and maintain their tenancies.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to assess the condition of our homes and ensure they meet the required standards, identifying maintenance and repair needs.
Arrears Management: Monitor and address rent arrears, working with residents to find solutions and prevent eviction.
Tenancy Support: Provide assistance to residents in understanding their tenancy agreements, their rights, and responsibilities, and help them access relevant support services.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenancies and related correspondence.
Reporting: Prepare reports on tenancy-related activities and performance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar tenancy management role is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of residents.
- Knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for data management.
- Commitment to our mission of creating sustainable and welcoming communities.
Working Arrangement:
This position operates on a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and flexibility for remote work.
