Rate - £24 - £34 (Based off Previous Experience)
Location - Nottingham

The Digital Health Programme Manager is responsible for the delivery of a number of HSLI funded digital transformation projects, which are high-profile, high risk specialist projects that are to be delivered across the Trust.



This role will take responsibility for the delivery of these major projects, establishing and maintaining the correct structures to control and monitor the deliverables to the business.

The role is responsible, in conjunction with the Senior Responsible Owner / Project Executive for defining the benefits, assessing progress towards realisation, and achieving measured improvements.

The role holder will need to implement the strategy through the co-ordination of activities within the trust and potentially the wider NHS.The post holder will also make a contribution to the management and on-going development of
the Digital Programme Management Office.

Manages and leads large and complex projects in line with corporate strategy, standards and ethos to meet business needs and deliver agreed benefits,

utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed
parameters of cost, timescales and quality.

Develops, in collaboration with clinical change leaders,a clear and concise strategy to facilitate the necessary local business change to realise the benefits and obtain assurance for the sponsoring group that the delivery of
new capability is compatible with the realisation of benefits

Projects delivered to time, cost and quality.Contributes to the business change and benefits realisation strategies and plans.

Manages exceptions, slippage and issues of priority and initiates extra activities wherever gaps in the project/programme are identified.
