Children's Registered Manager

Warwickshire County Council are seeking to appoint an experienced Children's Registered Manager for a new home they are opening in Leamington Spa.

Warwickshire County Council have recently opened their first children's home since 1983, they have just opened a second home and are now wanting to commence on their third project - a multi build in Leamington Spa.

It is a two-bed and a four-bed home for children on one site.

This is an exciting time for WCC Children's Services and you could be a key part in developing this new area of their service.

They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced individual, who has the appropriate skills to set up and lead their new children's home through to Ofsted registration and take on the role of Registered Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience working at a senior level in a Residential Children's home, having achieved Ofsted judgements of ‘good' and / or ‘outstanding'.
