Hi all, I'm currently recruiting for a Human Resource Advisor in the NHS.

Hours - 37.5
Location - Hull
Rate - £18 - £20 PAYE Per hour (Paid weekly by an umbrella company)
, Establish relationships with Directors, managers, staff, staff side and working groups, external bodies and organisations.
, Establish working relationships with and credibility with a diverse range of staff groups and on many occasions within a highly emotive atmosphere.
, Promote good HR practice and actively influence and guide CHCP CIC in a range of employment/HR related issues, some of which can be highly sensitive, complex and contentious.
, Engage with key partners and develop HR capacity within the organisation.
, Promote a culture of inclusivity, continuous improvement, restorative practice and constructive debate to empower staff to deliver on organisational, team and individual objectives.
, Empathise with all levels of staff as appropriate, remaining objective and acting as a problem solver, ensuring difficult situations are dealt with sensitively and professionally.
, Co-ordinate, facilitate and chair various meetings as appropriate and present policies and procedures to Trade Union forums, negotiating as appropriate.
, Ensure provision of professional HR service to managers, staff and contractors across the full range of HR, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, team building and workforce planning.
, Present complex and sensitive information to individuals and/or groups of staff e.g.
on major organisational change or organisational reviews.
, Reach agreement with senior managers and trade union representatives utilising negotiation, persuasion, empathy and reassurance.

, Co-ordinate and facilitate meetings on a regular basis as appropriate,
, Plan and organise work projects, ensuring processes are in place and adhered to
, Participate in the implementation of the terms and conditions of the company
, Ensure the organisation recruits and retains staff with the skills, knowledge and competences required to deliver the strategic plan
, Working within a broad framework required to identify and recommend solutions against a developing HR agenda.
, Ensure employment related Department of Health,SHA and other Government Body returns are completed in timely and accurate manner.
, Respond to changing timescales and activities requiring prioritising workloads for self and the team.
, Allocation of work to staff.
