A client within the Public Sector based in Berkshire is currently recruiting for a Network Inspector to join their network management team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to provide inspection and coordination services to facilitate greater control of all works activities on the road network to minimise disruption, and to help in maintaining the expeditious movement of traffic on the network.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• To assist in ensuring that the client discharges its legal duties.

• To complete inspections of statutory undertaker and highway authority works


• To complete computer generated random sample inspections of statutory undertaker.
  
  

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require to have NRSWA supervisor level certification.

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

• Identifying works or site failures and procedural errors and taking appropriate action.


• Giving sound advice and showing good judgement in the area of expertise.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £28 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
