Salary - £14.00 an hour

Description:

For people who need mental health support, getting back into work is a vital step on their recovery journey.

The evidence backs this up, but although 90% of people with severe mental illness want to work, only 8% of them are in paid employment.

That's why we're looking for people to join our team, to champion our mission and help people who need mental health support - your clients - get back into work.

• Finding paid employment opportunities for jobseekers to ensure contract targets are met.


• liaison with social care teams and external agencies across Shropshire


• taking an active part in identified training and development and continuing personal and vocational development activities.


• Building positive relationships with employing organisations and companies throughout Shropshire to generate new job vacancies.


• Marketing individual jobseekers to employers and companies throughout Shropshire.

What is required?

Training in:

• Mental Capacity Act


• Mental health training


• Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards


• Human Rights Act training including Making Safeguarding Personal
