We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician in Kings Lynn to join a repairs and maintenance team working with an established Housing Association.

You will be working within the Reactive and Voids team covering various Electrical repairs and maintenance to domestic properties.

As an Electrician within this team you will be working closely with the Local Delivery Manager and will be responsible for;

• Responsive repairs


• Planned Electrical works to Aids, Adaptations and Kitchens


• Installations & fault finding to lighting, security and fire alarm systems


• Reactive and emergency call out work (rota basis)


• Delivering excellent customer service to all stakeholders

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 40 hour week with potential to take overtime and call out shifts out of hours.

Working hours are 8:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.

A company van will be provided as well as standard PPE, Tools and Materials.

You will need;

• NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical


• AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2)


• 18th Edition


• 2391 Testing and Inspecting


• Full UK Driving Licence
