Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a Legal 500 firm, based in the South West of England, which is in need of a Corporate Solicitor to join their Entrepreneurial Private Companies team.

The firm isn't requiring experience within entrepreneurial private companies law, so if you would like to pursue this area of law in your next career move, then this is the opportunity for you!

ROLE: Corporate Solicitor - Entrepreneurial Private Companies team

LOCATION: South West - Bristol (hybrid working)

SALARY: £60,000 to £100,000 + benefits

The responsibilities of the Corporate Solicitor role

• To manage and progress a full caseloads of complex matters in relation to entrepreneurial private company law


• To provide strategic guidance to clients on various matters, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation


• Build up a strong client base within the Bristol area and manage and grow your own portfolio of entrepreneurial private company cases

The Person

• A qualified Solicitor with 3 to 7 years of PQE within Corporate Law


• Previous experience of dealing with entrepreneurial private company caseloads would be highly advantageous


• A keen interest in developing with your career within entrepreneurial private company law would be essential for this position


• To be comfortable in progressing complex caseloads with minimal supervision


• Strong commercial acumen would be essential for this position
