Surveying Project Manager

A client within the Public Sector based in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Surveying Project Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.



The Role


Key purpose of the role is to work closely with the HRS departments to provide the full range of Building Surveying services & Project Management support.



Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:



  • Responsible for your own portfolio of projects, managing the day-to-day scoping of works & offering technical support.


  • Ownership of complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that repairs are project managed to meet deadlines and within budget.

  • Surveying and Identifying building defects through, conducting building pathology testing.




The Candidate


To be considered for this role you will require A Formal Building qualification such as a RICs accredited course, BSC, HNC, HND and good working knowledge of CDM regulations.



The below skills would be beneficial for the role:



  • Proven track record of delivering large scale building projects.

  • A working knowledge of Schedule of Rates.




The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £44,625.00 per annum.
