Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a knack for general maintenance and repairs?

We are currently seeking a proactive Head of Maintenance to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of a care home environment.

If you have a passion for hands-on maintenance work, a commitment to adhering to safety guidelines, and the ability to adapt to various tasks, we encourage you to apply.

You can expect plenty of variety as a Head of Maintenance.

You’ll turn your hand to all sorts of tasks within the care home building as well as in the gardens and grounds.

Tasks could involve fixing a leaky tap one minute and planting some new bulbs the next!

You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning.

We’ll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team.

A Head of Maintenance will have:

• Full driving license
• Hands on experience in a maintenance role e.g., property maintenance
• At least 1x trade skill
