Band 6 Health Visitor

Opportunity available for a Health Visitor to work within a community team, Based in Milton Keynes

The team sits within the Specialist Community Team with the role predominately supporting the delivery of the mandated contacts as per the Healthy Child Programme, cover of Baby Clinic and to offer Public Health advice to families within Milton Keynes area.

As part of this role you will routinely include working with families with a new baby from late in the antenatal period up to five years of age.

You will use your expertise and training to identify needs and determine risks and work with clinical and public health colleagues to make sure the right support is provided as early as possible.

You may work with at-risk or deprived groups such as the homeless, addicts or travellers.

This role is to commence ASAP and will be full time

The hourly rate for this role will be £25.00 Per Hour
