Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist for a LOCUM contract supporting Adults with Mental Health Conditions at East London NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a full-time opportunity which will run for an initial period of 12 weeks with the likelihood of extension.

Part-time applications will be considered.

Job role: Band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist - Adults
Pay Rates: £27.96 PAYE p/h + £250 Sign Up Bonus
Location: Tower Hamlet, East London, E9 6ED
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 | 37.5 hours per week

The post holder will provide a qualified clinical/counselling psychology service to clients of the service team, across all sectors of care; providing highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy at the same time as offering advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and to other, nonprofessional carers, working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures; and to utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research within the area served by the team/service.
