Family Support Worker needed with Worcestershire County Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Worcester

Duration - Initially 3 months

Hours per week - 37 hours a week

Salary - £18 ltd an hour

Description:

• To work as part of the Homeless Intervention Team, which is a dedicated team working with 16 and 17 year old young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless within the next 56 days


• To support the young people to remain at or return home to live with their families where it is safe for them to do so

What is required?

• Experience in a similar role


• Experience of Child safeguarding


• Drivers license and access to a vehicle


• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care working with Children and Young People
