Description:

• Experienced Advanced Practitioner required to work within and support the MASH team.


• The MASH team are a well-established Social Work team supporting vulnerable adults who are experiencing or at risk of abuse or neglect.


• The role of MASH is to screen and complete Safeguarding S42 enquiries, working closely with the individual and our partner agency.

What is required?

• Experience of the Care Management Process.


• Experience of working within MASH.


• Social Work qualification.


• 3 Years Reference


• Minimum 2 days a week in the office
