Dental Service Manager
A brilliant new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Dental Service Manager to work in an exceptional health and wellness centre based in the Canary Wharf, London area.
You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This service provides general dentistry and more complex treatments, including dental implants and orthodontics.
They also provide cosmetic treatments, such as veneers, teeth whitening and facial rejuvenation

*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Dental Nurse and registered with the GDC

As the Dental Service Manager your key responsibilities include:
- Coach, lead and develop a high performing team
- Ensuring professional clinical operational standards are met
- Maintaining excellent customer service at all times throughout all areas of the practice
- Monitor KPIs and support Clinicians to achieve their targets
- Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plans)
- Manage relationships with clinical teams, resolving all issues in an effective and timely manner, e.g.
associate pay queries, patient complaints, performance - Ensure full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (i.e.
Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy) - Review, monitor and analyse the P&L to ensure appropriate actions are in place to achieve targets
- Develop and maintain third party relationships (e.g.
PCTs) to maximise business opportunities
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Dental Management experience 2 years +
- Cosmetic Clinics and Clinic Management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Business minded
- An understanding of commercial and finances
- Organisation and time management skills
The successful Dental Service Manager will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a Full Time role for 40 hours a week working on Days from Monday to Friday.
