Job title - Administrator
Location - Slough - Office Based role
Contract - 3 months
Hours - 37 hours Mon - Friday
Start Date: Asap

Our client is looking for a Administrator to join their team and help with the increase in workload.

You will be responsible for providing a wide administrative support to the team.

Duties would include:

  • Logging complaints and liaising with service partner.

  • Providing administrative support to the damp and mould team and processing information correctly.

  • Completing telephone surveys with customers in relation to their satisfaction with the repairs.

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Good understanding of English/Maths to order to deal with correspondence and finance matters.

  • Ability to work on your own.

  • Good ICT skills including use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
