Service Care Solutions have a vacancy available for a Band 8a Behaviour Pathway Lead for a CAMHS service in Waltham Forest.

This role will be working Monday to Friday, 9-5 - some flexibility in these hours will be available.

You will provide clinical leadership to the team, taking a lead on managing waiting lists, caseload allocation and supervision of staff within the service.

You will lead MDT formulation meetings and provide supervision.

You will need to have experience of working with children with ASD/LD behaviours, as well as training and experience in Positive Behaviour Support.

Experience of line management and supervision is essential.

You will need to have worked as a Band 8 previously.

Pay rate: £35.00 ltd per hour

You must be fully qualified and registered with the NMC with no restrictions.

You must have previous experience of working at a Band 6 level.

You will need to be a car driver with access to your own vehicle for use.

Mileage will be covered from base to location.

We also offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency.

This will be paid in your first pay packet.

We also have £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
