Service Care Solutions have a vacancy available for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner in Walthamstowe.

This role will be working Monday to Friday, 9-5.

You will be a care co-ordinator; monitoring mental states/assessments, medication management, risk assessment and safeguarding patients.

Pay rate: £26.00 ltd per hour

You must be fully qualified and registered with the NMC with no restrictions.

We also offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency.

This will be paid in your first pay packet.

We also have £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
