A client within the Private Sector based in Yorkshire and East Riding is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.

The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing environment.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to conduct stock condition surveys on behalf of the client.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require background qualifications in building, surveying, construction, or a related field, required.

Preferably in a social housing setting.

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

• Knowledge of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) would be an advantage.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £35,000 p/a plus various bonuses and benefits.
