Nurse Practitioner

Opportunity available for an Nurse Practitioner to work for Service Care Solutions within a GP Practise, Based in Sleaford (Permanent or Locum)

The team sits within a GP Setting with the role predominately using highly developed clinical knowledge to independently assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatments and interventions for patients presenting to the specialty with complex undifferentiated or undefined presentations.

You will undertakes physical examination as indicated by the patient's condition; autonomously analysing complex clinical signs and investigation results to consider differential diagnoses and diagnose conditions, initiating treatment as required.

As part of this role you will work in partnership with the existing senior management team, nursing and AHP teams in driving organisational development and change and take responsibility for their own learning and performance including the participation in clinical supervision and maintaining an awareness
of relevant research evidence

This role is commence asap with the role being full time - 37.5 hours per week

Rate of pay for this role is negotiable based upon experience and Permanent role is also avaliable

Monday to Friday (06:00-20:00): £30 Per Hour
Saturday/Nights: £33 Per Hour
Sunday/Bank Holiday: £36 Per Hour
